Recently, the list of 'Top 100 Innovative Enterprises in Shandong Province" was officially unveiled. After a comprehensive evaluation of more than 6300 state-level high-tech enterprises in the province, 13 enterprises in Yantai City stood out and won the title of '100 top innovators'. As the only non-listed company, Bright Stone Innovation Technology Grouup's subsidiary Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd. ranks 65th in the province with Wanhua Chemistry, Linglong Tire, Medium Energy Saving Wanrun, Oriental Electronics, Zhongji Laifushi and other well-known enterprises in Yantai.
The selection of 'Top 100 Innovations' was jointly organized by Shandong Academy of Sciences, Shandong Research Center for Statistical Analysis of Science and Technology and Shandong Research Institute for Science and Technology Development Strategy. The selected enterprises have three characteristics: large R&D and high innovation activity; high innovation output efficiency and outstanding advantages; and good economic benefits and strong industry demonstration.
Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with rubber dam, air bag support dam (air shield dam) and super-wide industrial special rubber belt products. It integrates product development, project design, construction, installation and service. The company independently develops and produces the eco-balloon support dam, which is the only high-tech product with complete independent intellectual property rights in China. The 450-meter long air shield dam in Yangling that is the longest air shield dam in Asia.
The balloon-supported dam (technology) and integral water-filled rubber dam (technology) developed by Sunny Rubber have been listed in the national key promotion catalogue of advanced practical technology of water resources, and have been recognized as advanced practical technology of water resources, and won the first prize of 'Excellent New Products of Technological Innovation of Enterprises in Shandong Province'.
Up to now, the company has 29 valid patents, including 11 invention patents. Sunny Rubber has also presided over the formulation of national and industrial standards such as 'Rubber Strap for Fixed Chamber Belt Vacuum Filter' and participated in the formulation of 'Code for Manufacture, Installation and Acceptance of Pneumatic Shield Gate System' presided over by the competent department of water resources. Recently, Sunny Rubber has been awarded provincial 'one enterprise one technology research and development center', academician workstation and post-doctoral workstation are also in the process of construction.
